HOW to ACCESS the HelpDesk

• Go to ARMUS HCAT Support ZenDesk to create a HelpDesk ticket, access training and other helpful info.
• If you are having difficulty accessing the ZenDesk please send an email to armus.support@healthcatalyst.com.
  • DO NOT send any PHI (Patient identifiers or related dates) in your emails even if encrypted.
• If you receive not reply from our support team within a few hours, please contact us via phone 1-800-942-7687.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION to know when Logging in

• Please be sure to use the following URL when logging into Hybrid: https://accounts.armus.com/secure/
• You may need to clear your cache to clear the Maintenance Banner following a release. Steps are explained here.
• Multi-factor authentication is enabled. You will be asked to request a code to "Authorize your Device"which may go to your Spam folder.
